Eligible participants who are not USBC members can qualify, prior to participation, in one of two ways:
- By paying the appropriate associate membership dues.
- By paying a participation fee of $5.00 (Rule 300c).

Competition in each event will be limited to 1 time (Rule 315).
Teams will bowl 3 games, with highest score at the end of competition to be winner.
3. Handicap will be 80 percent of 200.
- Entering average:
- Last season’s highest USBC league average of 21 or more games.
- Bowlers without an average last season must bowl scratch.
- No summer league averages accepted.
- The “15 or more pin increase in average” rule is waived. (Rule 319E)

- It is each bowler’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of their own average in handicap or classified tournaments, whether originally submitted by the bowler, the team captain or others. Failure to use the correct average may disqualify the score if submitted average is lower than correct average, thereby resulting in a lower classification or more handicaps. Prize winnings will be based on the submitted average, if it is higher than the correct average.
- Team must be composed of at least 1 of the opposite gender. ***Only 1 card carrying PBA Bowler per team***
- Bowlers need not report prior tournament prize winning. ( Rule 319d)
- All decisions of the tournament manager are final unless an appeal is made in accordance with Rule 329.
